Important Notes

Choose a target date on or after the starting date

The calculator displays an error when the target date is earlier. To measure elapsed time from a past event, use that past date as the starting date.

How the number of days is calculated

The result is the number of calendar days between the starting date and the target date. It does not count both dates inclusively.

Date input limitations

Very distant future or historical dates may be limited by your browser or system. Use dates within a practical calendar range.

Saving your result

Reloading the page resets the entered dates and calculated result. Copy any result you need to keep.
