National Defense Academy / JGSDF Officer Candidate School
Entered the National Defense Academy in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture, majoring in Applied Physics and training as a Ground Self-Defense Force officer. Completed further training at the Officer Candidate School in Kurume City before retiring.

Learned English in three months while living in America
Mastered English during a three-month stay in the United States by putting a self-developed method into practice. For the final month, travelled across America as a backpacker on a budget of 70,000 yen.

Joined Danfoss, Denmark's largest control-equipment manufacturer
Hired as the first Japanese person to join the multinational corporation management program at Danfoss, Denmark's largest manufacturer of control equipment.

Danfoss Group headquarters (Nordborg, Denmark)
Identified a solution to a major challenge in the Japanese market: decision-making distortions stemming from differences in thought processes between cultures. Presented it to management, including the vice president of the Danish headquarters, shaping later Japan-market strategy.

Danfoss US branch (Baltimore, USA)
Joined a project for a major US retailer's entry into the Japanese market, coordinating between Japan and the US and localizing store-management systems.

Danfoss APAC Regional Headquarters (Singapore)
Found a solution to sluggish global supply-chain KPIs, directing the Danish headquarters and country directors across 14 countries. The reforms drove significant reductions in inventory and air-freight costs.

Returned to Japan and joined Accenture's Management Consulting Division.

Analyzed vast data to identify direct-material cost reductions in development and purchasing, and introduced modular design methodologies that improved product-development lead time and cost efficiency.

Managed a project spanning clients across Europe, Asia, and Japan alongside Accenture Europe, achieving cost reductions beyond target.

Worked with client leaders to visualize project status and the mechanisms behind issues, enabling decisions at both Tokyo and European headquarters and mitigating business risk.

Completed the Sahara Marathon, one of the world's toughest races
Completed the Sahara Marathon, a self-sufficient race covering roughly 250km over seven days across the world's largest desert.
